We have always considered the cowl to be a limiting factor in the Cherokee's performance potential, so we proceeded to look for ways to reduce the frontal surface area and control the cooling air through the cowl.

We have been working on a better performing exhaust for years and decided to combine the two projects since the new exhaust would need to fit our improved cowl. We are in the final testing stage of our new exhaust system. This is a TRUE TUNED EXHAUST, designed to extract every bit of available horsepower from your PA-28.

PHASE 7 (exhaust modification) and PHASE 8 (cowl modification) are completed.

Flight testing is in progress. Flew the airplane as pictured to OSHKOSH 2002.
